Tip Of The Day: One at-a-time rule

January 23rd, 2012 by Denise Levine

Being a Professional Organizer in San Diego I often find that what is underlying disorganization and clutter is really more about interruptions in workflow and productivity. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies…multi-tasking, constantly checking email while we are on the phone, talking and driving. Sound familiar? Here are 3 key steps:

November 4th, 2011 by Denise Levine

Now that you’ve sorted and prioritized the mail you can set up a system to contain it as it comes in. Whoever brings the mail into the house or office needs to be able to follow the system. Think about 3-4 broad categories and where you want to locate the containers. Do you want them [...]

Organize incoming mail, cont’d

November 3rd, 2011 by Denise Levine
