Organizing Medical History

July 5th, 2011 by Denise Levine

Whether it is for you or a loved one it is important to organize your medical history, have it readily accessible, and stored safely. The advantages of this are that over time we cannot rely solely upon memory. An organized medical history may include past and present information about:
Medications, vitamins, supplements
Dates and results of examinations, vaccinations
Dates of surgical procedures
A list of medical providers, drug stores and their contact information

Why organize and declutter?

April 14th, 2011 by Denise Levine

How does clutter and disorganization impact someone you know? Are there piles of items that make it hard to access items without them falling on the person? What about the items that stack up on the floor, is the person at rish for stubbing a toe or tripping on them? An accumulation of “stuff” is the best way to trap dust and potentially, foster the growth of mold. It’s time to take stock…reduce inventory…enhance access…improve safety…and improve the air that you breathe!
